Caution:
1. BE VERY CAREFUL: Vortex tube hot end temperature could be up to 230ºF. Don't touch the hot end while it is working.
2. The Vortex tube cold end air temperature could be -80ºF lower than the incoming air temperature. Avoid directly contacting output cold air to prevent cold burning.
3. The cold air temperature out of Vortex tube depends on the mixture of feeding air pressure, feeding air volume rate, feeding air temperature, environmental temperature, feeding air humidity, feeding pipe diameter and length, et al. Therefore, users should adjust the vortex tube accordingly to have appropriate cold air output if precise output air temperature is needed.
4. By default, the output cod air temperature of our vortex tubes is -45ºF colder than the incoming air temperature. This temperature difference can be easily adjusted. Twisting off the hot end muffler, you will see the screw for adjusting inside the tube. By rotating the screw clockwise, the output air temperature goes up, and air temperature goes down if rotating the screw counterclockwise.
5. Recommended feeding air pressure is 7 bar. The feeding air should be dry.
